Account Executive

An Account Executive (AE) nurtures qualified leads, presents solutions, negotiates deals, and closes sales to generate revenue, acting as a key representative of the company. Key responsibilities include building customer relationships, understanding client needs, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, collaborating with other teams, and managing accounts for growth opportunities like upselling. AEs require strong skills in communication, negotiation, rapport-building, and a data-driven approach to sales.

Position includes a company car, cell phone, expense card, commissions and year end bonus.

IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical support, computer management, and customer service. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's IT infrastructure and providing assistance to end-users with various hardware and software issues. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Duties

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.

  • Manage computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.

  • Assist users with desktop support, VPN connectivity, firewall configurations, and LAN troubleshooting.

  • Utilize IT service management tools such as Atera RMM and Cayzu to track incidents and service requests.

  • Conduct software troubleshooting to resolve application-related issues efficiently.

  • Maintain documentation of support activities and solutions provided to users.

  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service delivery and enhance user experience.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating technical information to non-technical users.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles with a focus on customer service.

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and their functionality.

  • Familiarity with computer networking concepts including LAN configurations and VPN setups.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

  • Experience with IT infrastructure management and desktop support best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with users at all levels.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
